Agorgeous Edwardian era (ca1910) locket from legendary designerTiffany & Co.! This octagonal-shaped piece is crafted in 14kt yellow gold and adorns glossy black enamel on both sides. Four single cut diamonds are set in a square formation at the center, providing a unique "button-like" appearance. The stones contrast beautifully against the rich, black background, adding a beautiful sparkle! Condition:The overall condition of the locket is excellent. There is no damage to the gold and platinum setting. The diamonds are intact and securely set, although one is slightly turned, however it is not noticeable when worn. The enamel is well-preserved and free of any visible chips or deep scratches. There is a light surface scratch in the enamel on the back of the piece, which is not noticeable when worn. The bail is intact and securely attached. The locket opens easily and stays securely closed.
